Frail-Frivolity.Net – HTML Layouts
Frail-Frivolity Designs offered plenty of pre-made layouts that people used for their blogs, profiles, fanlistings and websites. They were the most fun to design and it was always great to see them put to use and filled with great personality and content!

They have not been updated since, so it’ll be good to do an update if you’re planning to use any of these!
