Frail-Frivolity Designs offered some HTML templates for those who liked to design but didn’t necessarily have the coding know-how. They came in several layout variations and looks, with plenty of room for customization and design.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These templates have been made available here for archival/reference purposes – they were created during 2007-2011, and so followed those times’ style, design and coding conventions. They have not been updated since, so it’ll be good to do an update if you’re planning to use any of these!
