i did not realize that i made so SO MUCH this year it’s impossible to pick one for every month so i picked four from each!

i gotta say – this year saw a lot of my all-time favorite pieces i ever created, not just fanart but also original art!

my art was my outlet for me to cope with a lot of things that i was going through this year. looking back i’m very grateful that i had this to focus on because i feel like i improved so much this past months alone.

this year was the hardest year of my life. i lost a person very close & dear to me – my rock – very suddenly, and it shook me to the core.
but making art, writing & creating things really helped, and i was surrounded by a wonderful community and met many amazing & talented friends!

so to everyone who liked, reblogged, RT’d or shared any of these pieces… to y’all who encouraged me & indulged my spam of doodles in their TLs/dashboards – you don’t know how much your support meant to me this year. some of them literally saved my life. thanks, guys!

The decade is ending and one of the highlights of it for me is getting to write & enjoy WAY with the FT fandom. I wrote this fic for three years – from 2012 to 2015, and there were also people who had stuck with this fic since day one to its last chapter and then stuck around even after. We had so much fun with this AU!

“You’ve had a flower chain drawn in your wrist since you were a kid, but you never thought to make a real one?”

Her answer was an indignant huff, but before she could come up with a fitting reply, he reached out, took her hand, and then wrapped a simple but elegant chain of flowers around her wrist, right on top of her faded soul mark.

The Captain loves his whole crew but I like to think he’s extra soft for Paddy. She’s just so small and sweet. Must protect.

Ok we love Benevolent & Loving Allura but Evil & Bratty Allura being a Menace? GOOD STUFF.

Shiro and Lotor travel together to reclaim Lotor’s kingdom from Queen Allura (now Evil) and to rescue Prince Keith. The most difficult part of the journey turns out to be… each other.

Prince Keith has found the hero who will aid him on his quest to save his kingdom, but he’s got his work cut out for him because Shiro the Hero… is a mess. (Then Keith says “King Lotor” and Shiro is READY TO GO.)

“Our hero only came to save his former flame,
Forced into marriage with the cruel King Lotor!
Sweet Allura, though, has lost her saintly glow…
In fact, she’s tilting pretty sharply bitchward!” (x)
